Do I need a Notion Business plan for conditional logic?
No. nDBForms runs the logic in the form itself, so it works with any Notion plan, including Free.
How is this different from Notion Forms?
Notion Forms is a good fit for simple internal forms. nDBForms adds conditional logic on any plan, multi-page forms, Google Drive uploads, analytics, email notifications, custom branding and custom domains, and still writes every response to your Notion database.
What happens if I rename a column in Notion?
nDBForms detects schema changes and re-matches your fields, so the form keeps writing to the right properties.
Where do uploaded files go?
To a folder in your own Google Drive. Each file can be up to 10 MB, and its link is saved on the response's Notion page.
What data do you store, and who can see it?
We only access the Notion pages you share during sign-in. We keep a copy of each response so you can view it in your dashboard and so failed Notion writes can be retried. AI API keys you add are encrypted at rest.
Can I embed forms on my website?
Yes. Every form has an embed code for Webflow, WordPress, Framer, Squarespace or any HTML page, and you can also serve forms from your own domain.
What happens after the free trial?
You get 7 days of full Pro access with no credit card. After that you move to the Free plan (3 forms, 100 responses a month) unless you upgrade. Pro is $12/month founding price, or $120/year, with up to 50 forms and unlimited responses.
