Welcome to nDBForms. We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our service, which connects forms directly to your Notion workspace databases.
2. Information We Collect
When you use nDBForms, we collect information necessary to provide and improve the service:
- Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo URL.
- Notion Workspace Data: To sync responses, we receive a secure OAuth access token from Notion. We only access the specific databases or pages that you explicitly authorize. We do not access or index other data in your workspace.
- Form Submissions: Responses submitted to your published forms are processed instantly and pushed directly to your Notion database. We also keep a copy of each response, along with approximate location (country, region, city), device type and referrer, so form owners can view responses and analytics and so failed Notion writes can be retried. We do not use response content for marketing.
3. Data Security and Storage
All traffic is served over HTTPS and our services run on Cloudflare's infrastructure. AI provider API keys you add are encrypted at rest.
4. GDPR and International Transfers
We comply with GDPR requirements. Your personal data is managed securely. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at support@ndbforms.com.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Our core integration is with Notion. The transmission of data is governed by Notion's API terms and privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party advertisers.
